overall great but . . . details

1. Speedy delivery (3 DAYS, not 3 - 6 weeks), excellent customer service, easy assembly, comfy sturdy benches. Happy to have them (we got an elzas and a chippendale).

But dings for incomplete assembly kit: joint glue and phillips head screwdriver needed but not included. Wrench is included. Sealer is not included.

The wood is unfinished, and getting the recommended sealer (Semco) turned into a multi-day drama. Locally available at $150/ gal or delivery opton via various places taking 7 - 15 days. I still don;t have it and can't use the benches til it gets here.
I WOULD PAY EXTRA TO GET SEALER WITH MY BENCHES !! (SEE below for the run-around i had)

RUN-AROUND
So Friday evening late, I'm excited to assemble the benches, have the pieces all laid out but STOP! I got no wood glue. Rushing around to find a neighbor from whom i can borrow. NOPE.
Saturday off to box store for wood glue and sealer. NOPE that is, no sealer, YES wood glue.
Call marine store, yes, they have it. At the marine store I discover the price is double the online price, and no price match. Lather, rinse repeat. Then calling around during covid?! "our associates cannot do product search at this time."
FInally I give up and order online, the cheapest fastest opton i can find. Which is still 9 days out. So the benches have to be in the cellar til the stain arrives.

Again, I WOULD PAY EXTRA TO GET SEALER WITH MY BENCHES !!
