I had issues with the shipper. Among the worst customer service I have ever experienced. However, the people I spoke with at Chic Teak to work through the ordeal were highly professional and it all worked out in the end. I also might add that I didn'۪t realize until the delivery was enroute that it was '''curbside' ie, they drop it off on the street. I live in an apartment and just broke up with my boyfriend and moved out so I had to scramble to take time off of work within a window of time (whiich thankfully narrowed as the delivery got cliser) ti arrange assistance with carrying the piece up a flight of stairs and breaking down the wooden crate afterwards. I would highly recommend Chic Teak provide more information in larger print about this part of the process. Curbside delivery - what that means for the uninformed, arranging lifting help, addressing taking apart the wooden crate to get the table out and then the need to break it down afterwards. The table is gorgeous. Arrived well-packed, secure and unscathed. Beautiful craftsmanship, unique, exquisite. I would definitely recommend Chic Teak and would purchase from them again.
